This exhibition promises not only to showcase Lisa’s artistic evolution but also to inspire and resonate with the community.

During the 2024 Street Art Festival Lisa will also be painting over her mural (from 2019) located on the Polished Agencies/Bottle O wall.

ABOUT MARK FOLETTA (@saffron_gramophone)

Mark Foletta is the epitome of agricultural innovation, earning the prestigious 2023 Award for Excellence in Diversification and Sustainability in Agriculture and the Australian Farmer of the Year Awards.

Managing a 450ha traditional farming enterprise near Benalla, Mark has transformed the family operation by diversifying into high-value horticulture and securing the first Victorian licence for wild mushroom harvesting. His commitment to sustainability is evident in his holistic approach, practicing regenerative agriculture to increase soil carbon and improve overall farm health.

Mark’s dedication extends beyond traditional farming, as he pioneers paddock-to-plate initiatives, supplying notable Melbourne restaurants with various produce and would be waste products including cherry wood for smoking. With an unwavering focus on sustainability, his practices incorporate the use of organic soil conditioners, green waste and spent mushroom compost instead of synthetic fertilisers. This forward thinking approach has reaped rewards with improved soil health, reduced environmental impact and diversified production.

Sponsored by Benalla Art Gallery as an official event of the Benalla Street Art Festival 2024.

The Benalla Street Art Festival 2024 is presented by Benalla Rural City Council, curated by Eddie Zammit and supported by the Victorian Government through the Regional Events Fund.
